Where: Tignish – wooded area beside Tignish Elementary School.. Take highway 2 to Tignish in Prince County. Turn left onto Church Street (Rt. 14) heading North. Turn right into Tignish Elementary School.
What: Active Transportation Trail Walk. Trail planning/ building. Learn about effective trail design through effective water flow management techniques, handling ascending/descending terrain grades and the ongoing maintenance requirements of a woodlot trail
Who: Albert Flavell (Master Trail Builder) who has designed trails for hikers and cyclists throughout Prince Edward Island.

When: Saturday, Oct 26  2-4pm

What: Tour of Sid’s sustainable approach to woodlot management.
Why: Amazing mixture of sustainability and resource capitalization.
